please help asap liveactionpool

so I just went on to poolaction tv and went through everything to buy a weekend pass. I get an immediate email stating that my credit card was charged with a reference number. Then I go back to actionpool and look in order status like I am supposed to and nothing appears.

And there are two charges of 20.00 on two emails. Now I have already paid 40.00 and I am unable to watch pool tonite.

Please help asap
