please help identify cue

[BHQ]

this cue had a purple silk wrap originally. wrap was tore up pretty bad.
no bumper. 5/16x18 brass pin. shaft is not original. there is a 2" long flathead screw in butt, it's not a weight bolt.
any ideas??

Yeah, I meant wrong as in mean hearted but funny. I got a good laugh out of it.
