Please help identify this jump cue

Anyone know who made this cue? Also, it has a layered tip on the shaft, is that normal? Thanks.

It is a mike gulyassy like he said in the post before me it was a box set had a jump cue and a break jump cue also had 2 shafts one to jump and break with that had a phenolic tip the other shaft had a moori looks like you got the wrong shaft for the jump stick
