please help me identify rare/weird cue

I tried to find this cue maker years ago to buy one of his cues. Well i found one now i just want to know who he is. The cue i need to find is the second to the bottom on both pics. The grey cue with the "pearl" inlays...

I do not recognize the "P" logo. The bumper style looks Asian as well as the joint pin. If it is not Asian my guess would be it could be a private label cue built by Viking for someone.

Yeah, except for the bumper and joint screw it has a Viking look about it.
