Please Help Me Identify This Cue Case

My girlfriend's father recently showed me a pool cue case he got at an estate auction 10-15 years ago. Since the case has a latch similar to those I've seen in pictures of Felinni cases, I wondered if the case may be of some value. Other observations (such as the material on the interior and the vinyl exterior) lead me to believe that this case is probably an imitation. Either way, I'm curious to learn more about it. Could someone with a better eye fill me in?

I have seen many Fellini knock off cases over the years made by Adam Cues, Viking Cues, and others, however, I have never seen one with the interior pictured.

While I do not believe it is a Fellini Case, I have no idea who made this or when it was made, however, I do believe it is a knock off of some type.

Take care
