Someone came into the poolhall trying to sell/trade this two point Muecci Original and I have no idea of the value of this cue. It is clean with a small roll in the shaft(credit card thin roll) Any help would be appreciated. The closest one I could find is a 84-4

I think 84-4 is probably right, based on rings, 2 points, veneers, logo, etc,,,,

I bought one a couple years ago on ebay with natural stain, white points (holly?) and green veneers for about $250.

Dang, late night at work. I spelled Meucci wrong. So you would say a fair estimate could be between $200-$300? That's what I was thinking. My boss was going to take it in on trade and cash for a cue. Thanks for your help.

if your gonna flip it try to get it around 150..... you should be able to turn it for 250 or a tad more, if its gonna be a keeper your safe at 200 no matter what and you can always roll it and pick up some loose change!! meucci originals have weathered the storm alot better than most cues, and they play ten times better than any red or black dot out there!!!

Meucci

Bump for anymore info?

Just my opinion but I am amazed at the prices that people will pay for these cues, and by the way good luck with the sale if you buy it, I have a table repair business since 1980,I bought and sold Meucci cues this cue new was about 225.00-250.00 MSRP and only about 100.00-125.00 wholesale brand new with shipping and they are production cues not custom cues,Bob started production in 1975 -1998 in Olive Branch Mississippi then moved to Sledge Mississippi where his production plant is located today, I would give no more than 100.00-125.00 for it thats my honest opinion, I sold Vikings and McDermots and Adams and a Few George cues as well. I am sure some will disagree with my opinion but hey thats why its called an opinion, And in this uncertain economey of ours the market is soft, some cues move well while others dont, its allways a 50/50 chance at best, The best cues to look for by Meucci are the early MO-Series cues which are hard to find in good condition, The original signature series cues there were 5 of each model they were, Larry Hubbart know as the Iceman/ David Howard know as the Giant killer/ Mike Seagal know as Captain Hook/ Jimmy Rempe know as King James, and Buddy Hall know as the Rifleman. Just like the post befor mine, as long as its a pre dot shaft, not one of those red dots or bullseye shafts.
