please help problem with predator uniloc shaft

hey guys, i was wondering if anybody has had any problems with the predator uniloc cues. i have a roadline cue and also a sneaky pete and a bk2. i have just bought 2 original 314 shafts. one with a black collar and one with the silver ring. the silver ring shaft fits on all my uniloc predator butts. the black collar shaft i purchased will fit on the sneaky pete with the steel joint but will not fit on either the bk2 or my roadline.

any answers will be helpful im not sure if i should contact predator or what.
 
Compare them all side by side. I found out (the hard way) that there is a difference between uniloc and quick release and some of those screwy Asian odd size joints. Make sure you're not working with something made for bullet or ghost joints. Found that out the hard way too...
 
Since it fits on one cue with a Uni-Loc Quick Release pin, it stands to reason that the shaft must have a Uni-Loc QR insert. Sometimes crud (industry term) builds up on the QR pin. Clean the pin with a piece of 600 grit sand paper. If that doesn't fix it, take it to a cue repair guy.
 
uniloc

i went to our local pool hall and tried the shaft on the exact same bk2 break cue and the shaft fits perfect on his.i dont know why it dont fit on my cues. very frustrating
