A few cues here no one will have seen before.

The middle cue is a Gus but why not have a pic with Father and sons's cues.

You sure have had a few cues in your search but the keepers are just incredible.
Thanks for posting and I still would love to have the Barry cue with the peacocks.

Si very nice!!

Very nice cues, and it looks like we may have the same breed of cat!!!

That leather wrap is quite distinctive for sure.

I have to say I am a huge window cue fan...and I love the way those "snakewood" and flame veneers pop on that curly forearm. Thank you for contributing to the thread.

I think Barry only built 2 cues with peacocks in the points and butt sleve, the one pictured above and one that I have-the one I have I have played alot with, i just cant let them sit with out playing with them, propellors are still my favorite but just by a little. i love every cue in this thead, but who's Barry? ;) ;) ;)

Thanks mate. The peacock cue is snakewood, I just did low resolution pics for AZ, you can't see the figure in the wood at this distance.

As for the cat, I have two Norwegian Forrest breeds. They are my babies.

@Fatboy,

Do you still have that Mc Dermott D-26 you got from your father?

Nice cues all of you by the way...

yes I do have it, I however dont know where it is, when I moved to Vegas my mom packed up my house in N.Ca and that cue got packed in some of the stuff, its in a box in her old house up in N.Ca I gave to a friend, or it came with her when sshe moved to Vegas in 99, there was alot of stuff that didnt get un-packed. I wouldnt have ever sold it, I remember where it was when I last saw it, I dont believe it was stolen, so I have it-i'm sure of that but I dont know where. I did pack up here house and am moving the final boxes to my house here in Vegas and then i'm going to look for it when I can get out of bed to do that. I warped a little in 88 so I retired it and got a SW for LESS $$$, imagine that, $350 for a SW and I had to wait almost 10 months.

I will find the D-26 I asked my mom and she assured me she packed it. All my orther cues that were in that house were in a different spot and I got them. I will be very happy when I find it.

Little Kitty

Now that you said snakewood, I do see it. Almost on the cats, I saw all the hair and the puffy tail but they are very different. Here are a couple pics of my cat "Little Kitty", we rescued her from a farm that had been shut down for starving horses, etc. She and the canine get along pretty well. I still think there are about 400 other Barry S cues out there.

The cues, house, cars and all other possessions go before the cats mate. I will see myself naked and broke in the street before they go:)

Your cat is beautiful mate. Looks like a maine coon which is very close to our breed. Very hairy!!

The furminator is the best invention for long haired animals.

No Mas

Any more of Barry's cues out there? I did get my fix, though Id love to see some additional simple players cues. I didnt realize there was so many fancy cues out there! WOW!

One lucky SOB

I was lucky enough to meet and have a cue made by B. Szamboti. The cue is simply amazing and I love it, but I cherish the conversations and hospitality that Barry offered. A gentleman to the highest degree .. sorry for the bad pics.. they don't do the cue justice!!!

here's a unique one.......as far as i know it's the only cue made with this veneer combination ( light blue and holly ) let alone the inlay configuration....
