There are a few of us left that are still wanting and hoping that things can come together..... on a smaller basis most likely.... but nonetheless still hoping for anything. There are so many good options open, if we can just get past the last 6 months. Therein lies the problem.... are we going to get by it?? Who knows.... but we are all waiting.....:confused:

What is it you are waiting for? They are not in the pool tournament business anymore. You are standing in front of a closed restaurant with a sign in the window "for Rent" waiting for breakfast. Get up close and peak through the dirty glass and you will see the place is empty. The best thing anybody can do now is to support the tournaments that are being produced.

Well, guys...... no, I'm not blind... just like I said, hoping that something will come along on a smaller scale. Doesn't have to be Kevin, et al... but maybe someone else. I've held out hopes that someone would see the benefit of this type of tour and at least start talking about putting something together on a smaller payout scale, but there hasn't been any talk at all. Bummer.
 
I understand where you're coming from and yes, it would be great if there was someone else that was able to carry on, but the problem is, many of the top players are going to think twice, not to mention about 80% of the entire pool world, are also going to have suspicions and doubts about it, and there's no prizes for guessing who we have to thank for that.

I have a good idea of why pool isn't given as much recognition and isn't quite as financially rewarding as it could be, but I will post this at a later time :)

There are many pool player that are hoping that there will be a day, that pool will be given the rewards that it truely deserves, but untill then, we can still make the best of what we got :)

Every great empire went through growing pains. The Billiards industry is luckily going through them a little faster with the AZ forum.
