Please vote for me! Plus check out WPBA headshots!

Sweet Marissa

Hey, everyone! My life has been so busy between being a mommy and photography so I haven't been posting, though I do read some when I have time. For those of you who don't know, I've been a photographer for over ten years. I do mostly portraits and now more weddings, but I also shot the WPBA headshots this past year (and made some terrific friends doing it!) :) I actually have two weddings coming up in the next few days, within three days of each other so that's fun! (And one of them is in Barbados - which would be fun if I didn't hate the beach lol)

Anyway, there is an annual "contest" here in Columbus, Georgia called Reader's Choice, held by our local newpaper. It would mean so much if you took just a few seconds out of your day to vote. You can vote until June 6, 2010 here:

http://www.ledger-enquirer.com/readerschoice/

Scroll to Photographer and vote for Marissa Foto!

My website so you can check out my work: www.marissafoto.com - Some of my fav WPBA headshots are on there as well, but to see more they are also on my Facebook Fan Page.

**There is a girl here who votes for herself (so I'm told by someone who works at the newspaper) and won last year so I'd really like to beat her :D

Thanks for your help!

We might have a problem:

Winners are determined by your vote. So vote now and vote often. Contest is open to area residents 18 years and older. You may cast your vote, one per day, per household. You must vote for a minimum of 20 categories on each entry placed. Entries with less than 20 categories will not be counted

"Thanks. Your entry has been counted. Click here to return to the homepage."

That was so easy, I got it done before my first sip of my iced mocha.

A day that begins with Accomplishments... Pinky, are you pondering what I'm pondering?

AAARRGH

I gave them the Georgia State Capitol for my address.
And the Secretary of State's phone number in case they want to call.
And I looked up businesses to suggest through the Professional Licensing Boards Division.
And when that got old I just put "Waffle House" in a ton of categories, from new restaurant to weight loss.

That wasn't so easy and I'm not entirely sure my vote will be counted.

Tomorrow we'll take over the world. It'll have to be tomorrow.
