A few pool halls around here started installing this Chinese pool table cloth.
I see it on AliExpress for a fraction of what Simonis costs....
It actually plays really nice, not bad at all for that price. At one of the pool halls it has been installed for a few moths now and it holds up nicely.
The other place just started using it now.
Some info from their website - https://www.pnscloth.com/pns-988

Those Chinese brands are really killing the big western brands.
What used to be considered junk in pool equipment is actually pretty good.

Always fun to shoot on new cloth

If you have shot on Simonis 860, how does this compare?
When new, I think that they are very similar.
I think that the bigger difference is in longevity but as I stated, one club has theM for a few months now and they still play very good.
So even if the PNS last half the time, considering the cost it might be still worth it for commercial use when you have a lot of tables.

Consider the install time!!! But thanks for the information.

well home wear and tear should not happen that soon on any of them so there is some saving there.
For commercial use, I'll say that it depends on the number of tables you have. if you have more than 16 9ft. tables, that a lot of money saved on cloth.

Looks like it's 95/5 wool/nylon. That's more wool compared to 860 (90/10) and a lot more than 860HR (70/30).

I'm guessing it plays a bit slower than even regular 860. Good price though!

If a balls catches that Registered log at the right contact point it's going to effect the ball play...Looks raised. Bad install.
yeah, not perfect but the picture angle is a bit confusing, no issues there.
At the other club they did a better job
