Pocket shims

I have a GC III with Simonis 860 installed. The corner pockets measure 5" and the side pockets are 5.5" Apparently, I need 1/4" shims to bring the table up to competition level.

Where can I obtain these shims?
Is there a recommended glue that is used?

Thanks for the help. I am a DIY kinda guy and have moved the table three times and replaced the cloth at least three times maybe more.

The technical term for what you need is cushion facings. You can use 3M-10 if you have it or any good quality contact adhesive.

Thanks

Thanks fellows.

Told them that you referred me and bought $90.00 worth of stuff -- some I did not have to have but wanted anyway.

The cushion facings were 5.5 mm but I can live with that. Makes it a little tighter I guess.

Based on your previous post pocket measurements of 5" and 5 ½" -
a 5.5mm facing is roughly 7/32" so after install (on top of the existing facings) your corner pockets should be close
to 4 9/16" and the sides about 5 1/16".

Thanks Dartman. That puts me in the ballpark - or as they say, close enough for government work.
