No. I don't like thinning with outside english playing safe... and I'd still have to shoot pretty hard to reach the other end of the table. If I'd thin 6 really thin, I'd have to shoot a ton of left english, your angle wouldn't be possible otherwise and If I'd shoot the 6 a little bit thicker, I'd sell-out verrry easily, because I couldn't keep the 6 near the short rail. I don't see any safeties here which would give me near 50-50 chance of winning this rack, against a good player.
I'd make a thin safety only from this cueball position:
START(
%Fr8H1%GH2R1%HK9S9%IL3M6%P_5H2%Uc4D0%Vs2F7%WF0L1%XC5K0%YD7J9
%Zb1C7%[q9K2%\s0I1%_t4F8%`r5G1%a_9H1
)END
This safety would give higher than 50-50 chance of winning the set, even if I didn't leave the cueball hooked.
And yes, I'm 195cm (6'5")... quite rarely have problems with my reach but sometimes use the rake or my lefty.

Sometimes I just assume almost every shot is reachable by anyone
