3 Foul in Effect
Note: If you are shooting at the table and move the next ball in rotation during a deliberate stroke, this is a foul resulting in opponent receiving ball in hand. If the next ball rotation is bumped during a practice stroke with the cue ball never moving, you must allow your opponent the option to place the object ball in the original position. Otherwise this is a foul as noted.

9 Ball on the break does not count in the bottom 2 corner pockets. Only in the side or top pockets.
