Polish name pronunciation.............???

I went to elementary school with a kid from poland named Jaroslaw. He had us pronounce it " Yah-dick". I just looked it up on translator and it did not pronounce it like that. Maybe he was just giving us a simplified nickname because he was sick of his name being struggled upon. Brings back memories of this video
Yah-Reck. Tho I can see elementary kids turning that into Yah-dick real quick.
 
You can get reasonably close with Musician changing the M to a Y
This would probably be the best 'English' pronounciation.

Polish way, like cornerman explained is "Yoosh-chish-in".

Really, the sz and cz are much harsher sounding than the english sh and ch. English native speakers can't make that sound unless they learn to before they turn 12 or so and that part of the brain that allows for learning languages without your native accent gets pruned away.
