I have been to cheonan, There is always going to be a caromboul room on every corner like most of the cities in south korea. If you find someone that speaks alright english ask them where a poket club is, this is the closest thing to a american pool hall. It is pronounced pOH....KEt, also pm me if you have any other question bout korea i've been here almost a year and do my fair share of traveling.
P.S Star nightclub is the one of only place that allows americans in on a regular basis, It is def worth checking out!!!! The rest of the bars and clubs are for businessmen and you usually have to belong to them kinda like vfw halls back in the states
