Hello, I am selling a 19 inch Palmer pool cue my brother bought in the mid 70's, it appears on page 329 of the Billiard Encyclopedia. In the 1971 catalog it appears as cue #4 and has a different colored wrap, it very good condition. Looking for serious offers.

Yes, you have a Palmer model 4 from the third catalog. The cue appears to be if "fair" condition, which is a step below "good". It would require refinish/rewrap/restoration. Is it straight?
