Pool Cue Identification

I recently did some trading for a nice, older four point cue with inlays. On the butt cap are the initials in a stamped box, pr, in lower case. It's not a Paul Rubino cue and several months ago I found an article stating who the cuemaker was. Trouble is I didn't write it down and believe it was a post on AZ. Does anyone have some information on this, sincerely, Larry in Indiana..........
 
PR in a box, if it's what I think it is, they were imports from the 80s. But without seeing it to jog my memory I can't help with the name right this second
