Pool cue identification

So I bet a friend on a 100$ game the other day and he put up this pool cue as a wager. I don't know too much about pool cues but I do know with the mother of pearl inlay it should be worth at least about a hundred bucks. The very bottom of the butt says "GW collection" but there are no other markings on it anywhere. I know the shaft that came with it is the original because the markings around the ring match. However I do not see any "make or model" markings anywhere on it. I have been over the stick many of times and had two other people overlook it for markings and have found nothing. One person told me that it was most likely a Pearson but he doesn't really have anything to confirm that with. The leather case that came with it looks of pretty solid quality, but again also has no markings on it inside or outside. I'm just curious who makes it ends maybe what range its worth to see if I made a fair bet and just to know what I have on my hands. Love the way it shoots though. Any help?

Since you like the way it plays, you did OK for a hundo. GW stands for "Ginger Wizard" aka Dave Pearson. Made in China, decals not inlays sorry.

Found it's newer brother: https://pearsoncues.com/pearson-elite-cue-three.html I facepalm that there must be people out there spending $329 new for something like this.
Thank you so much,

Not sure I understand fully, why does it not say Pearson instead of GW? Also I get that if I like it 100$ is ok. but what would I have paid I a store for it ?
Thank you

About 10 years ago I found a guy a nice older Joss that he played with for a couple years. He went out to Vegas and came back with one those decal GW's and was showing it to me. When I asked where his Joss was he said he traded it for the GW... and gave a hundo to boot!! 😖

Pearson is a pool trick shot player, NOT the cuemaker. It's a cheap chinese pool cue, one of about 100 million on the planet. But if you like how it plays, good for you.
AFAIK they're made in same factory as Lucasi,Pred, etc. Good cues for essentially no money. I hit one at a DP exhibition and it hit fine.
