Pool cue shaft

Any idea who could have made this cue shaft? Looks to be an older custom cue shaft, 28 1/2" length to the start of the ferrule, may have an ivory ferrule i'm not sure. Please email me at rnepini@hotmail.com I'll see if I can get a better camera and send you some better pictures.

Looks like a standard 12 slot micarta ring. A lot of people used it besides Lucasi. Doesn't look like uni loc. The wood is also part of the pilot which leads to 5/16x14 or 18.

As Mike said lots of people use that ring-work including me. Can't tell from pictures.
