A pool hall here in Corpus called Hot Shots has had this same thing happen a few years back. They had a stabbing and a person shot in killed within like two months of each other!

Let's just say I don't play there! LOL

Just so there's no misunderstanding, Lucky Break refers to a Pool room that used to be the action spot in the Greenville, SC area. Became overrun with mostly drunken Latinos and the local money players stopped frequenting the place.
