pool in Minot

Great, here I am in Minot for an extended stay in the oilfields and the only place I could find to play is closed. Are there any AZers from this area and where do you play?? I'm gonna start checking bars today but maybe some one can clue me in. A city this size has to have some leagues and players. Help. Don

Hi Don. Im from Minot all my life there are pool leagues in fall and yes the pool hall closed down and someone should really stat a new one cause it would probley do well. The only issue is the land and rent prices. There are a few of us that play down at the moose club and its free pool. Just become a member for 75 dollars a year. there are 4 gold crowns and in the process of being reclothed. Whats your age and what rate player are you.

Got the moose lodge located. Does it open on Sunday? I'd love to come down and check it out. I also looked into the Lame Duck and I see they have 4 bar tables. Must be a dedicated crew that plays there. Looks like there is hope after all. Now all I need is the time to play.
