According to the HeraldToday.com David MacNeill has been made the 11th BCA Master instructor, congratulations! For those interested there's an interview and some background here:

Apparently he also teaches Billiards at the University of Connecticut. Why heck wasn't this on the curriculum when I was at University?

What would it be classified as, Phys Ed. or Math?
 
Does this carry the same clout as "BCA Certified Referee"?

Nothing was needed more than the BCA getting out of the league business.

Hopefully they can get completely away from the "game".

They are a trade association. Fine. Stick to that.
