I hope you have permission from the authors to sell copies , copyright laws are formidable unless you are broke, if so disregard post.

You can find these, and others, for free on the internet...all you have to do is know where to look...

Took me about 2 minutes to find the following free billiard eBooks:

Winning Pocket Billiards-Willie Mosconi
Practicing Pool- Phil Capelle
Illustrated Principles of Billiards
The Encyclopedia of Pool
Win at Pocket Billiards
Play Your Best Straight pool
Amateur Physics for The Amateur Pool Player 1-4
Robert Byrne Advanced Technique in Pool & Billiards

I'm not trying to knock your thread. I'm just wondering why you are attempting to sell something that is freely available.

There is a lot of stuff available for "free" on the Internet, but that does not mean it is legal. I know that Phil Capelle's and Robert Byrne's books are not meant to be given away for free as they are copyrighted works still in print. If the authors wanted to give away free digital copies they would be available on their websites. A copyright lasts for 75 years so the others are protected as well even if they are out of print.

Not meaning to sound rude here, as I honestly believe the OP was not intending to do anything illegal or dishonest, but this kind of sale is violating Federal copyright laws. The authors/publishers of these books would be within their legal rights to press charges.

I have to stick up for the authors on this one. They spend their lives writing books to make their livings. If they were not making a living doing it they would just quit and we would not have the benefit of them sharing their knowledge. They deserve to be paid for their hard work.
