I recently spent 5 educational days with "Little Joe" Villalpando in Davenport, Iowa.
Joe's friendly manner and extensive pool knowledge made the time with him highly productive and enjoyable. He goes into great detail with tangent lines and his "clock and gear" system. He is methodical and patient and will answer any questions you may have. If you are looking for a comprehensive yet understandable way of viewing and playing pool, I would recommend that you should check "Little Joe" out.
If you contact him and are making plans to take some instruction from him, as a "pre-step" look into his 2 DVD's (Kick shots and Cue Ball control) which go into a detailed application of the "clock and gear" system. Those 2 DVD's will give you an excellent introduction to Joe's system which his personal instruction will only build upon and develop.
