Hrm, I might get into that provided it was a blind draw style of tournament ... bet I'd get a few really good shots in ... and I also bet I'd drop to the canvas faster than you can say "glass jaw" if I got a bad draw!
Regardless, it's nothing new that billiards is failing along with every other non main stream business. I came up with a deal with a local pool hall/bowling alley/bar/pub combo .. just because I don't want to see him close his doors. He is so borderline, I gave him a deal where I give him $500 a month just for free table time for me and my buddies any time we are there ... just table time, not drinks or food or anything else. Keep in mind I have my own table at home ... I just want to help keep him open because it's one of the only places with 9' tables with decent cloth kept in good condition.
Everyone is stuggling these days, gotta help where you can.
