The snooker gym has a new video out that talks a little about eye patterns and rhythms, have you seen this video? If so do you have any thoughts on this?

Eye Patterns

I think there is a bit too much movement that might cause a players head to move during the shot. If you practice this and did it consistently it is great, but most people are very inconsistent with their eye patterns which cause a lot of misses.
