I have a 7 ft. dynamo coin op table..i am wanting to refelt the table and put new rails on it. Im wondering on the difference between mercury ultra cloth and simonis..i know simonis is the best but they say mercury ultra is just as good but quite a bit cheaper..i need some opinions?? I am also wanting some opinions on rails..i was looking at k66 rails. How are those?? i also know ridgeback rails are really good..I need some help so i can get the best play out of my table but for a little bit cheaper price....Thank you in advance for any input..

why not do it right? It is pretty well accepted that ridgebacks and simonis are the best option for a bar box.

I don't understand people who try to save money when they know they want simonis. I mean what does it cost now? $250 tops? Maybe I don't play enough but that lasts me for years. It seems like a low annual cost.

If you want to cheap out I dig that. Money is tight for a bunch of people and you do what you have to. I understand your question is more of a "is simonis worth the extra dough?" I think it is. There are plenty of great cloth options out there but I like to play on the best. Assuming you have a true playing surface with good rails the cloth is what makes your table experience.

Best of luck.
