the downside of it what I saw of a friend who had that is that he's always playing on one table and pool competitions are played on a lot of different tables so he's adjusted to the rolls going there or cloth speed or rail hardness. If he had got out and about more, it mightn't have been a problem. The good side is you can play all night and its great for having friends over. Should be good for straight shots. I wouldn't take it too seriously though. Then some players get great in their own mind playing just by themselves but get completely thrown off playing in a scene, playing the other, then beat themselves up or are unhappy about what is happening around them.
