Bump For Mark

I probably won't be playing, but for anyone that's interested, Mark's new room is really nice. With our Joss tour stop having closed down, this is highest money tourney I've seen locally in a long time.

Best of luck to everyone who plays.

pool table magic

I have to agree .
If you are in the area you should stop in as this is one of the nicest rooms to come along in a long time.
Gold crowns, Bwich anniversary table private room, beautiful cocktail are, food and a real pro shop.
If you live near or are passing buy the bradley airport area in Connecticut check it out.

Im in. I registered last night. Couldnt stay long but the place is dynamite. Ill have to get there early and warm up to the table.

Thanks to bushka bob, ATM, and 96supersport for coming...

We have some great pics and I ended up staying a bit late today and we knocked some cobwebs off of somethings in the vault and hope to have them up shortly...

Nice Tournament

Mark and Joe, and the rest of the staff put on what I thought was a really good tournament on Saturday. It was APA style 9-ball, which I thought would be a little challenging to run as a tournament, but it worked out fine, and made for a fairly handicapped tournament. (a few non APA handicapped players who were made 9's may disagree, but it keeps the tournament from being robbed)

I finished just out of the money but had a good time. Joe (classiccues) was great to meet and had a case full of beauties. The tulipwood James White is killer by the way.

Mark is going to be having a large money-added tournament every month with different formats to keep it interesting, so check out his website for updates or Joe will probably be putting them here too.

If you're in town for the Womens ICOC or the Trick Shot competition at Mohegan Sun next week, Stefano Pelinga will be at Mark's room this Friday evening, and Dr. Cue will be there all day Sunday so stop in if you're interested.
