Just wondering a lot of you work with retailers to set up there pool tables. You have a standard charge for the set up,What do you charge for the add on's like card tables, pub sets etc..

Hi, I charge a $60 an hr fee to unbox and assemble, so if it takes me a half hr to unbox and assemble whatever, I would charge $30 . I unbox/ assemble cue racks if they get one along with the table at no charge, also anything that just needs to be unboxed I do as well.

I do something similar for our retailers. We have our charge for the pool table install, then usually $20 per piece on furniture. Same deal, cue rack is considered part of the table install although we don't hang them. Had too many times when the customer would say "hang it there" then the wife would come home pissed because that's not where she wanted it, and now we've put holes in their wall. I let homeowners put holes in their own walls. ;)

We did have one online retailer that would ship their tables in one huge crate. I think it was roughly 6' by 9'. It was always funny because the runners went the wrong way on the bottom of the crate so we got to watch the truck drivers fumble to turn the thing to try to get it out of the truck a couple times. What a mess. Anyway we've showed up to the customer's house before to install one of those tables that is already there, so we're just in a cargo van. Ended up charging $60 to haul away the crate since it took an hour to break it down into small enough pieces to fit in the van.
