Pool video to IPod

I have transferred a couple of movies to my iPod that I downloaded off Ares. There is a program out there, not sure at the moment since I'm at work, that I used to transfer that movie file to an iPod compatible file. Then you just have to upload it to your iPod with iTunes. Always takes a while to rip a movie to your computer or download it. Think it took about an hour to convert the .mpg file to the iPod friendly file. I have Napoleon Dynamite, Talladega Nights, Team America, and Anchorman on my iPod along with over 1000 songs.

I use this program to convert movies to mp4 format. I have 8 movies on my Ipod.
