You've earned your AZB name with this find, Good Sam.I just saw it's back on youtube.
One of my favorite scenes is when they are comparing N*er to N*ga. Has me laughing every time.
It's a trash movie with bad acting...I wouldn't ever recommend someone waste time on it.

It is mostly an OK movie, there are a few odd parts but overall was fun to watch. Any scene with Walken in it was great. I sat with Bobby Leblanc, who was the technical advisor for the movie, for a bit in a Vegas and he told me quite a few stories about the movie, including how the kid raised money, got a few big actors for parts and got the movie made. Had me rethinking about the overall quality of the movie, while it's no Hustler or COM, it is not as bad as many think.
I have to say I enjoyed it. There were even a couple of shot sequences that weren't edited. I wish they had show a bit more pool instead of rapid edits of balls flying into holes. It wasn't beautifully filmed, artfully written, or dynamically acted, but it was good enough to be entertained. I don't think the backer would have fallen for the "I'll shoot it for him" trick. It is mostly an OK movie, there are a few odd parts but overall was fun to watch. I remember asking Bert about his Tight Pockets mailer in the movie and he told me they never asked him if they could use it. He wasn't bent out of shape over it but he was surprised they didn't attempt to contact him.I have respect for anyone who can make an independent full feature film. The work and dedication is astounding. I was supposed to start in a short film around the same time phj came out. I saw how the sausage is made and it isn't easy. Props to Mars for doing it, but there are a bunch of direct rip offs of intellectual property.
I didn't know that was a real series.I remember asking Bert about his Tight Pockets mailer in the movie and he told me they never asked him if they could use it. He wasn't bent out of shape over it but he was surprised they didn't attempt to contact him.

i wouldn't hang the 'garbage' sign on it but it was no award winner for sure. some scenes were funny as hell and had the ring of pool-life realism to them. hopefully there will be NO sequel.i think its pure garbage , and i have a very dry and childish sense of humor.
