Kolby's in Tempe is the best place for action and the better players are there, tell them I sent ya. Bullshooters is a big room and not a bad place to hang out. Main Street in Mesa is pretty cool and has some players and action also. Stingers is all bar boxes, a poker club is next door with 2 9 foot Diamonds in it. Have fun. :wink:
Kolby's is the only REAL POOL ROOM in the Valley of the Sun, that is like a REAL POOL ROOM of yesteryear IMHO!!!!

To add to what the others have listed, there are tons of places to play all over the valley. And it really depends on where you are going to be staying and what kind of transportation you have.
There are tournaments all over the city for all different skill levels.
Kolby's, Bullshooters, Metro, etc. all have 9' Gold Crowns. Plus 1 Diamond 9' at Kolby's. They have the best tournament in the valley on Tuesday Nights, but you should try and get rated before hand so you don't have to give up the world to players that play equal to you.
Stingers has 10 diamond barboxes and has tournaments on Tuesdays and Thursday nights along with leagues on Wednesday and Thursday Nights.
