I paid him for it about half an hour after after he listed it, but despite the fact that the ad said it would be shipped overnite, I have not yet received it.

I have also heard nothing from him since I sent payment.

It can be purchased on eBay brand new for ~$80 delivered. If I had known I wouldn't get it before the weekend, I would have gone that route.

This should be a PM, but your box is full.

Your original post stated that this would be shipped overnight.
I paid you on the 17th and you replied that it would be shipped on the 18th, so I should have received it on the 19th.

I did not, so I emailed you on the 21st and again on the 23rd without response.

On the 24th, I opened a dispute with PayPal and you did not respond to that.

On the 27th, I escalated the dispute with PayPal.

Today is December 1st and I have not received the item, I have not heard from you, and you have not responded to PayPal.

Kindly refund my $60.


UPDATE:Gary refunded my money, sent an apologetic PM with an explanation, and offered to send me the tool free of charge.
