For those who have been thinking of mounting your Mid Size Cue Lathe on something portable I wanted to let you know about a deal going on right now. Lowes is closing out their Kobalt Brand Portable Miter Saw Tables. I got mine for $89 and another cue repairman that I told about it said he got his for $79 a few days later. The legs fold under and you can roll it like a hand truck. This eliminated my need to take my trailer like my older set up would.

I built two locking storage drawers that pull out to mount on it with the lathe on top of them, but it made it a little high. I may cut a few inches off the legs. A storage box like I use on my Deluxe would be perfect height that opens from the top would put everything at just the right height.

I doubt these will last long at those prices so I wanted to let everyone know about them.

PS. I also, got mine for, $79.99, but only one store within 20 miles had any in stock and I got the last of 2 available, so anyone that is interested, JUMP on these, QUICK.

Also, be prepared to pick them up at the store, cause they want to charge, $75.00 if you want the store to deliver them to your place by truck.

I picked mine up in the store for $75.73. They still have 2 available and I may end up buying them "just in case". I agree, I'd like to see pictures of how yours turned out.
