Not really. Portugal and Spain are different countries. Portugal lies in the western part of the Iberian peninsula (Spain is the rest of the peninsula).

That's great of course but for some reason I thought it was the Billiard Congress of AMERICA Pool League........

Mind you it is great competition playing against the National champions of any country in the open, etc.;););)

Don't forget the Azores, they're part of Portugal too.

I sometimes feel like I'm in Portugal when my soccer team plays, I hear more Portuguese than English (and a lot of it not very kind, lol).
