possible andy gilbert?

Just talked with this guy on the phone, he said this cue has a bumper similar to a joss and under the bumper he can make out a Gil, kinda looks like gilbert. what do you think one of Andy's cues? This guy didn't seem to have a clue. said to me, "The wrap alone is worth $70 bucks. it's super nice!" IDK, if it is a gilbert would be cool to see it get a good home with an AZ'er.

I have no interest in it now, thought it might be something worth picking up. I'm a little uneasy, but an ID would be great!

Forearm section looks way long for a Gilbert and also the butt sleeve too short. He hasn't used a rounded nose 3/8-10 pin in years, also. Not very likely imo.
