post office site problems

anyone else having difficulty getting labels to print?
last week it was fine

it used to be until a few months ago, you printed off label, then they asked if label was correct, and THEN it charged the fee
now it charges the postage first, then you have to sit back and just fukn hope the label prints
which it is not for some unknown reason

I've been having a problem printing labels 'cause no one is buying anything.

And when they do, they don't pay.



The labels have changed a couple weeks ago. The printing is smaller now.

I liked the old labels better. Easier to see.

it's locking up

after i click PAY & PRINT , my acct is charged the postage,
but the window in the middle of the screen that says "processing" is just there doing nothing
nothing but charging $19 every time i try it

when contacting customer service

i get this message
ZIP code™ is not a valid ZIP code™
Phone should be XXX-XXX-XXXX
Email is not a valid Email address

yeah right, all 3 items are invalid
i know my zipcode, i get mail everyday
i know my phone number 10 numbers with - in between them
i know my email , gee, coudnt sign on thier site if my email was invalid could i

asswipes!!! off with thier heads!!!:grin:
may a large rotweiller bite the nuts off of the guy that set up the fukked up new click & ship stuff
