i have never had problems in the past...but today i did....i will start this off by saying JACK JUSTIS is a true gentleman and saw pics of my new case..i called him about purchasing one of his gold tip tappers for my case..he said "give me your address i will send you one for free" i was alittle taken back by it because i have never had anyone offer to give me something after i had offered to pay for it...JACK your the man...now to my problem i went to the mailbox today and this is what i found...i couldnt belive it...i talked to jack about the problem and he said no problem i will send you another out NO CHARGE again...i am so greatful for his understanding nature and for sending it out again....the only funny part to this is i can see the scumbag going to his local pawnshop and saying i have some GOLD here how much can i get for it....he is going to be so disapointed and i am going to love that...JACK THANKS AGAIN THERE IS A REASON YOU HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS THIS LONG....BECAUSE YOU STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT AND DO THINGS LIKE THIS...a happy justis owner..mickey carroll
