Actually, I will be joining the FSQB this September. I thought about the ABO, but unfortunately I can only manage to play in one or the other.
Send me an e-mail. I probably know you, and vice versa. I used to play at Le Skratch from time to time (before .......you know).

Will the 9 ball tourney be shown on the BC website ? And if im correct it's on 4x8 at the broken cue right ?

Yeah, I've seen him play and I have to agree. I don't mind being compared to a pro here although I don't reach his abilities entirely... :rolleyes:

As for my level, where I am located, there is no one who can really rank or rate me. This August however, I am joining the FSQB tour in Quebec. It's relatively close to where I am, and I think it will give me some really good experience playing against players like Alain Martel, Luc Salvas, Danny Hewitt, Jeff white, Martin Daigle, Harold Rousseau, among many other great players on the tour.
I am in the process of posting the other 10 outs from that session. Some pretty ones, and some very ugly ones.

hey, phjunky and I are joining FQSB in august too. I talk to Danny everytime I go play at the local poolhall and sometimes I play against him so I learn more. He is a very skilled player....everything looks easy when you watch him play. Be prepared if you play against him:p :D
 
Here is one I posted while being sharked. I deserve extra credit for blocking out the shark. I only had to tell him to move once (on a side pocket I think). The other times I tuned him out :)
 
I finally borrowed the Handicam from my father yesterday, and recorded a 9-Ball break and run yesterday, check it out:

Run went as follows.

8 and 1 went on break
2,4,6 combo
2,4 combo
2 ball, draw back for three
3 Ball, draw back for 5 (went just a hair to far but worked it out, 5 ball couldnt clear the 7 nad had to be played down table.)
5 ball, all the way down and nudged the 7 closer to the pocket.
7 ball, played follow to come off the rail
9 in the corner.

I don't really consider myself a great player, but I enjoy the game, and strive to be the absolute best player I can be.
 
Would you guys like this to be made a sticky, Wilson agreed to do so but for only 2 weeks?

I think it is a good idea that way old members and new members will always be able to see the thread on the front page and know it exists for them to share there run outs with everyone.
 
u got my vote, but only if its longer then 2weeks.!! these video post is GREATH. and im sure alot of players will add some video's.
 
I was going to make a vid to post up here but after watching 8 straight racks being ran out on another thread posted I feel somewhat shy about posting a measly rack ran!!!:o
 
Good idea about the sticky, I'm working on a video myself, got the break&run down but my phone camera sucks big time so I'll have to borough a real one. One more thing, I didn't stop after each break&run but re-racked and went for the two pack (dogged the last ball on the first try), perhaps everyone should try this?
