POSTER--One Foot On The Floor

Okay......DON"T PANIC........all is well in paradise.

Just got off the phone with Lou.....really nice guy. He found a stash of 10 posters.
I just bought one.......the posters are 17" x 23".........and the best news of all is that
Lou was persistent in his search for the original negative of the photo. And he found
the negative so the world's remaining inventory is not just 10 posters because Lou
now has the negative so more posters can be made.

Do not send money to Lou's e-mail in the thread. It is not the one he uses for Paypal.
Just give Lou a call later today because he's going to be out and around doing things
and may not be available. I suggest you send him an e-mail like I'm doing and Lou
will respond back with his paypal info.

Anyway, it looks like there can be as many posters as needed and Lou should make
some nice income from finding that negative and at the same time, everyone else gets
to benefit as well...........a win for everyone concerned.

I have my poster ordered and it's new stock leftover from 1990.
Lou only had ten (10) posters but I haven't any idea if anyone else has contacted him.
His Paypal information is Louchip1@yahoo.com.
The price is $59. ($50 + $9 insured shipping).

If you want one, don't snooze or you may lose. The original poster has nostalgic value.
Anyway, several Azers posted that they would buy/order one and now's the chance to do it.

Lou Cipollini has sold all the remaining original posters. I hope everyone I e-mailed was able to get one.
Here's the best part. If you bought one, you're in for a pleasant surprise, or at least I was when I learned this.

You're going to receive a "original artist proof" limited edition poster that will have a certificate of authenticity and the
posters are numbered 1 thru 10. Lou can issue these as such because he's the original photographer, he produced
and released the first poster. He intentionally set aside ten posters as "proofs" and the poster you're getting is certified
to be one of the ten proofs issued by the original artist........Ansel Adams made a fortune issuing limited edition photos,
lithographs and posters of Yosemite National Park and maybe Lou will copy his approach with issuing pool memorabilia.

In my opinion, this a score for everyone. I'm so glad Lou decided to do this and I'd like to think my request prompted
him to think about it. Anyway, Lou told me he's keeping posters #1 & 2 for himself & the other 8 have been now sold.
Hopefully, we can look forward to more great things coming from Lou down the road. This is so sweet to get a 24 year
poster in great condition and to think there's only ten in the world makes it so much cooler to own one of these posters.
