I'm sorry I don't have a lot experience with this particular Adobe issue...my first suggestion would be to try using a different browser. Also, you could watch Ustream on your mobile device.

"My computer", Windows, Mac or linux? That info would help. If it's Windows 7 try the following.
1) Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, I would advise against it. Proceed to download the "Firefox" or "Google Chrome" web browser and follow their install process first if you don't already have either or both. If you do have either one make sure they are up to date and proceed to the next step.
2) From the start menu in the search bar type "Uninstall a program" , it can also be found in the "Control Panel"
3) Scroll down to Adobe Flash XX Plugin, click it once to highlight it, and then click uninstall above the programs listed or right click on it and select "Uninstall". This will remove the flash player, you will install a fresh version in the next step.
4) After Flash has been removed, open your new browser and visit http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (Note: uncheck the optional Mcafee Security Scan, they try to sneak that in on the new flash installer), click install now and proceed to download and install the latest Flash Player version.
5) If all goes well, simply open the Firefox or Chrome browser you installed and visit the POVpool stream. You should now be able to view the stream at this point if all went well.
