powdercoat rail counters?

I already had the other metal pieces on my gc3 powder coated and am wondering if the rail counters metal is able to be powder coated. I didnt think about them at first and not think they look like crap and need something done.

ive seen new ones online but I got my other castings painted a maple bronze color and think it would look better to have them match. :smile:

Rail counters

For what it's worth, the ball counters on the early GCs go the opposite direction from the newer chinese ones. It's kind of irritating if you're used to the originals. I'm not sure about the 3s, but if you care about that you might want to check. It seems like you could powdercoat the tops of the originals.

Well crap. I took out one of the rail counters and it doesnt look like i will be able to take them apart. They are riveted into the housing.
