Power draw shot

I'm a beginner & an old geezer at that, but my breakthrough on the draw came when I mastered following through & staying down.

At this point 1/2 the length of the table is an accomplishment, but your exhibition inspires me to persevere.

Keep at it and it will come. Repetition, focus and time is really the only way to improve. There are no shortcuts for those of us that are not naturally gifted myself included, just hard work :)

Your absolutely correct on staying down and follow through, it is key. Often I see players short stroking the ball or jumping up and then wondering at the adverse result.

Sweet! I can make the red ball, but could not have drawn that far to get shape on a number. Too KOOL!

Nice shot, Slasher! I remember when I could pull the CB back that far, sadly there are no tables long enough around here for me to try again on.:frown:

Have I mentioned before that I really miss snooker?

Thanks, did you live in Canada or other snooker playing country before?

I rekon with the No10 cloth and a heated table like they use on the pro tour I could have made the top rail and maybe even a good bounce out :p
