Power Snooker

All snooker pros are as thick as two short planks when you think about it, here we are listening to them moaning and groaning about the game how 17 days work in sheffield (out of period of about 100) drains poor old Ronnie how those at the top can only afford one lambo and those at the bottom have to be content with a porshe. how the game needs to be bought into the new century by micky mouse ideas like thios one (What year was it that Joe Davis tried to liven up the game with two extra colours 1940?)

Honestly they make me sick. Tossers every one of them. been wagging off school since they were 6 to bum around halls eventually they hit the big time and then complain like mad they aint all multi millionaires. If they'd have stayed at school till they were 11 then maybe they'd have learned to read and write and even discovered they picked the wrong game. Golf's the one they should have took up, at least 50 times the earnings and a pro career into your seventies if you want it.

I think history has shown us that these gimmick game show versions of pool and snooker...don't work. Ever.

I keep hearing about 20/20 cricket. But correct me if I'm wrong, it's only shortened version of it right? There's no bonus rounds or anything stupid like that.

FindSnooker.com has 278 snooker tables listed in the USA. That's about 1 table per 35,000 square kilometers of land.

I would like to see something cause the game to make a comeback from near death in this country. But I'm not holding my breath.

Globally snooker has never been so popular now china has adopted the game but instead of having more tounaments in asia and other countries which would increase its worldwide popularity even more Hearn and his followers want to change the game. As most of the pros are based in the uk they are following his lead as all they see is more money without the travelling.
F.I.F.A. have held two world cups now in the USA one in Japan and one in South Africa neither country being known as footballing nations nobody can say thay were not sucessfull but will they follow their example? No chance!
