Terry, I'm trying to buy the Alex/ Tony match. When I put it in my cart and try to buy it wants to charge me 120.00 for a 6 month pass.
Whats the deal ?

Its also saying that I have a network connection problem and payment cant go through. I assure you..I don't have a network issue.

I rebooted...still the same result. I have at least 20 devices connected to my network, and their all operational.

I would like to purchase the match tomorrow. I am a long time subscriber with no issues. Someone needs to figure this out.

Sorry, I didn't respond to this sooner I did not see this until now.

Sounds like you had the 120 pass in you cart somehow and needed to empty it and retry.

If you need more help contact our help desk he will get this issue figured out and make sure you get the discount pass price.

Had problems ordering Alex & Tony. Tried for two days and never got a help response. They have all of my info--cards etc. Never happens with Omega or any other sites just with Poolactiontv. Frustrating. Going to clubhouse to meet some friends and hit some balls. Doesn't happen often when you are ready to spend $ but they won't take your money.

Hope for those of you who were successful the match comes up to everyone's expectations.
