If anyone has ANY issues, it doesn't matter which end it is on, we will be there to help. We will not stop trying to help until you are watching, give up or are refunded.

Our customer service is live and paid for by PoolActionTV. We do not use volunteers for this service as we believe it too important.

PoolActionTV has a minimum of 3 different internet sources available at every show. We have very few issues in that area. Our tech support is handled by Jason Walton, one of the leading authorities on internet security and technology.
