A silk scarf might be the better tool. The cotton version from the rag bag works but has a large knot. Grip size comfort is critical, ....hmmmmm. Better go recon the wife's clothes closet.

Reminds me of my competitors' reaction to my jump shot off the tall bridge. He ran for the rules, as I had made the shot and drawn to perfect shape on the 8 ball. Oh the memories.
It's knot funny . It provides a more relaxed bridge hand well a more comfort able grip with a closed bridge feature. it works for me.

The pointer is my latest addition to the card set. As a launch platform for 3 ball, it takes some interesting flights.
Alignment previous the shot gives me a cognition exercise.....I think headscratch
Using the targets and launch platforms slightly saves wear on the equipment and the placement of the targets for the Chase is part of the exercise.

How the cueball leaves the tip of my cue is data rich. The feedback is instant.
There have been (and will be) times that it looked good and felt good but it didn't go in. Efren head scratching follows.

To develop a straight and powerful stroke.
When I worked for a office furniture shop in Woodinville. I had 1200 pieces of hardwood to mill a mortise for aluminum connector on upholstered office dividers. So my pieces were of a length and 3/4 × 2 1/4 stock. Just right to imitate a cue. My stance and delivery were set in stone. After a couple of jobs. I had the technique of doing it 2 handed.
The process of
lifting from stock pile
Inserting end to pin router that milled the slot 2 to 3 inches deep. Just right for emulating a stroke through the cueball.
Crazy Guy found a way to operate in a manner that had the left Inserting the next stroke as the right spun the stock for next stroke as lefty put it in the pile. Wash rinse repeat builds habits for sure.
I had that router singing a tune at a tempo that None had heard. Oh and the inspection was micro on the milling. My work always got the most thurro inspection s. My production was more than double what "they " could do. Shrug

Getting The Left and Right to work together is a great idea. Just more information ℹ and more data regarding variation from plan......Ooops time to reboot.

It took time to appreciate the wisdom.
I now recall watching Efren dis assemble Earl the Peral. He broke and ran at least 3 and possibly 4 Then after pocketing a ball on the break, he Over cut the 1 ball but left tit mid foot rail within an inch. The cueball navigated the traffic to go 3 or 4 rails to get Married to the back of the ball nearest the head rail. r
Earl's first shot and in handcuffs. Efren takes ball in hand and runs 3 or 4 more. Then he does it again!!! Earl's 2nd shot and down 7 or 8 going to 13. His histrionics got a few jabs from. The cheap seats. " Break It, break your cue." Was one jab.
