I just received the up to date specs.
SW butt weighs 15.6 oz.
This SW is a pre-93. There is no cactus on the pin.
I was told late 80's to maybe 91.
I would just say pre-date Franklin.

shaft 3.6 oz. and 12.79 mm.
shaft 3.9 oz. and 12.90 mm.
(19.2 oz. total weight with shaft #1) and 19.5 oz. with shaft #2
